“A Foul Play”

The belligerent poet wraps

Her knives in a nice bow

Setting up a clever trap

Carefully concealing her flaws

The show becomes obscene

As the puppeteer commands the scene

Tall tales of heroes and foes

Engulf those who listen very close

Critically acclaimed for her

Weak character imitations

Creates more shadows

With fake adulations

The souls who care a lot

Are the ones who get caught

She then slowly consumes her prey

In such a careful in artful way
