This is a Minneapolis based trio with two strings and one drummer formed in 2010. They deliver a powerfully hypnotic blend of classical instrumental music and rock. Their tunes are charged with Celtic tones and the repetition of their sets resemble a lot the work of Philip Glass. Despite having recorded a few movies scores, like “Requiem for a Dream” they are relatively unknown. This band is one of the few that can carry me into a trance. I have gotten into a complete state of nirvana while listening to these songs and solving mathematical equations. There is not much else to say other than they are amazing to listen to.
